Welcome to SMB Rentals!

Go to "Available Properties" to see what is currently available for rent.  The first step in the process is to fill out a rental application and return it to sblt727@gmail.com.  Once this is approved, we will be glad to schedule  an on-site visit. Then, a consent form and $30 fee must be submitted to perform a credit/background check. If this is approved - it's move in time.  

We require a deposit(equal to rent), and first months rent to move in.
